Available at Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria, ECP is additional warranty protection for your Lexus so you can drive with peace of mind. From roadside assistance to coverage on alternative transportation and hotel expenses, Lexus Extra Care Protection Plans enhance your Lexus ownership experience.
In the future, ECP helps aid in the resale value of your Lexus, with simple fully-transferable contracts to a new owner*. Transferring the coverage is simple, all you have to do is sign over the contract and advise Lexus of the change in ownership.
Benefits of Extra Care Protection Coverage:
TRIP INTERRUPTION COVERAGE
If a covered component fails while you are traveling more than 80 km from home, ECP will assist you with hotel, meals and alternative transportation expenses to a maximum of $100/day/occurrence.
VEHICLE RENTAL ASSISTANCE
Lexus New Vehicle Warranty offers loaner car program for alternate transportation, up to 5 days, and an additional 5 days if parts are on back order.
TRAVEL PLANNING ASSISTANCE
A travel planner offers features including colour maps, alternate routes, a trip log, tour, entertainment and notable attractions, accommodation directories, and Lexus Dealership lists.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
ECP extends your existing Roadside Assistance Coverage from 48 months to full contract length, offering unlimited kilometers, towing, battery boost, tire change, winching, fuel & spare key delivery.
MECHANICAL PROTECTION
ECP extends the coverage of vehicle components from the standard 48 months/80,000 km to the term selected, including Powertrain as outlined in your Lexus Owner’s Manual Supplement.
TIRE ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION
Original equipment tires damaged by road hazards are covered under the Tire Road Hazard Protection warranty. Protection up to 36 months or 50,000 km. Installation and balancing is included.
